- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Owner Bonnie is nice, but she apparently has no control over her employees. Her office manager Sharon tells her sister how much people make and get back from their taxes. Sharon also changes your appointment without notifying you. Her sister (she is also our neighbor - bad human being) then goes around telling others how much people make. She told anyone who listened including the police who were called on her (for crazy non-related topic) how much my husband made and how we should move away. Will never go to this tax-preparer again based on the office managers loose lips and bad business practices.By L S, August 03, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Bonnie has no control over her employees. They are very rude and unprofessional. No communication between them. They say one thing and do another. And if you have proof that they are lying. They threaten to call the police and 9 times outta 10 they never show because this is a ongoing problem. Besides that everyone knows your business. There is no privacy. What ever happen to hippa. I wish everyone the best with dealing with the tax lady's unpleasant, unworthy, supposedly professional employees!!By Ann Bee, April 25, 2017
