I was recommended to Mike Philibin and his team in Johnstown, where I am originally from, even though I currently live and bought a home in Virginia. Mike, Tonya, Amy and everyone else at Prime Lending made the entire process as painless as buying a home can be! Mike really knows his stuff and was instrumental in helping us structure our offer in an extremely seller-friendly market. Mike told me from day one that his primary goal was relationship building and he absolutely was true to his word. I never once felt like Mike was in this for Mike.
